I am in search of someone that is interested in showing dressage and using my 5 year old Friesian gelding.

Please contact me if you would like to find out more.

I would love to help you out with your horse but alas, am too far away (WI). He is gorgeous though. Have you shown him at all yet?

Hi, You're a bit far away for me to do it myself, but I will check into it and get back to you. My profile shows a Friesian mare I backed and trained to second level. Good luck.

Pixxie,
What a BEAUTIFUL horse! I am too big help show this horse and I don't have dressage experience ( although I have always wanted to learn). I have had a serious back surgery (not due to any accident) and most people are not encouraging to me riding. I still ride trail horses in stables where they have horses for hire and have found that it makes my back feel less painful. I have two vertebrae that are fused together as a result of this surgery and the only thing that was forbidden to me forever, was situps.....LOL I really wasn't too disappointed with that restriction. It does make it hard to strengthen the abs though. Most of the exercises that I do are isometric. I am also hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) and have to stay on a high protein meal plan. Anyway, enough of that. I have seen many beautiful horses, but this fresian is just awesome! If the temperament is anything like the appearance, the overall picture would have to be tremendous. I love to groom horses and feed and pet and hug. Even though I don't ride too often and I have to be very careful about the ones that I do ride, any amount of time that I can spend with horses is my lifetime love. What a beautiful horse that you have! Best of luck to you! Ixneigh

Where do you live? Fresians are a wonderful horse and seem to have such a generous heart, maybe wrong. Not sure if you are even still on this site. Let me know more. I do dressage with Arabian/Alkha-teke crosses. Very light.
